A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Care Coordinator to assess and treat children and young people within a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will support and advise families while maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities include participating in assessments, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. The role demands effective communication with various agencies and commitment to evidence-based practices. This position is essential for delivering high-quality mental health services to the community.
The post holder will be a care coordinator, assessing and treating children and young people in a multidisciplinary team (MDT). The post holder will also support and advise parents and carers of children and young people (C&YP) referred to the service, offer consultation to professional networks, and may be expected to supervise junior colleagues.

We commit to evidence‑based treatment and actively engage in clinical research, developing, assessing and implementing innovative treatments such as intensive day treatments for eating disorders.
