Export Coordinator - Position Overview

Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with a passion for international logistics? Our client is a trusted logistics and freight forwarding company, providing tailored international shipping solutions to clients across multiple industries. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, efficient, and customer-focused services from start to finish.

They are now seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to manage export shipments from start to finish. The role involves arranging transport, preparing documentation, liaising with clients and overseas agents, ensuring customs compliance, and overseeing shipments to final delivery.

This is a fast-paced position requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

1. Manage export shipments end-to-end - from booking to final delivery.
2. Arrange transport with carriers, agents, and overseas partners.
3. Prepare accurate export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading).
4. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and Incoterms.
5. Keep clients updated every step of the way.

• Previous experience in export coordination/freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and international trade rules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple shipments and deadlines.

• Salary £30,000 - £32,000
• Bonus Scheme - dependent on Company profits
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
• 20 days holiday + Bank holidays
