Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a background in the biopharmaceutical industry to lead our offline marketing activities across the EU and US regions. This role will focus on driving marketing events and initiatives, enhancing our brand presence, and fostering growth in these key markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and events. This role will also require strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the corporate global marketing team to ensure cohesive and impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Management

• Plan, organize, and execute EU and US conferences and tradeshows, ensuring maximum brand visibility and engagement.
• Lead the organization of self-hosted workshops in the EU and US, including speaker coordination and logistics management.
• Collaborate with the corporate team on co-marketing events and support corporate marketing events in Europe.
• Oversee the live hosting of webinars, ensuring seamless execution and high audience engagement. This includes moderating sessions, managing Q&A, and ensuring a professional and engaging experience for participants.

• Review and polish English-language marketing content to ensure it aligns with Western language and cultural norms.
• Work closely with headquarters teams to enhance the quality and impact of marketing communications.

• Provide regional marketing insights and analysis to inform strategy and decision-making, ensuring our campaigns resonate with local audiences.
• Support marketing strategy development and implementation to enhance our brand presence in the EU and US.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive integrated campaigns.
• Maintain strong collaboration with the global marketing team and headquarters to share regional insights, best practices, and ensure cohesive execution of marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing or a biologics-related field.
2. Experience:

• At least 5 years of marketing experience within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience managing marketing activities in the EU and US markets is essential.

• Proven ability to manage and execute successful marketing events and campaigns.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in live hosting and public speaking.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build strong working relationships across teams and regions.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on results and ROI.

Location: Home-based in the UK, with native English proficiency, and willingness to travel within the EU.
