A recruitment agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave starting January 2026. The role requires leading impactful digital campaigns across channels, managing key agency relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have proven digital marketing experience, knowledge of Klaviyo, and strong project management skills.
Parker Young is supporting our long standing FMCG client to recruit a talented and hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to cover a maternity leave from January 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver impactful digital campaigns across multiple channels, managing key agency relationships and driving performance in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll take ownership of our client's digital marketing activity, working with two external agencies (SEO & Paid Social, and Organic Social) to ensure all campaigns are well‑coordinated, on‑brand, and data‑driven. You’ll also oversee email marketing through Klaviyo, manage digital projects, and play a key role in delivering measurable results across all digital touch points.
Agency Management – Lead and manage two specialist agencies:
One focused on SEO and paid social performance.
One focused on organic social content and community engagement.
Campaign Strategy & Delivery – Plan, brief, and oversee digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with wider marketing and brand strategies.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo Expert) – Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns, flows, and segmentation to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
Digital Project Management – Coordinate digital initiatives and ensure timely delivery of website updates, campaign assets, and analytics tracking.
Performance Analysis – Track and report on campaign performance, sharing actionable insights and recommendations to continually improve ROI.
Collaboration & Communication – Partner with the wider marketing and commercial teams to ensure digital activity supports overall business goals.
Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within an eCommerce or consumer-focused brand.
Confident managing multiple agencies and coordinating multi‑channel campaigns.
Proficient in Klaviyo, with hands‑on experience managing automations, flows, and reporting.
Skilled in SEO, paid and organic social, and digital analytics.
Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
