Are you an experienced Performance Marketer who would be energised to make a positive difference across our digital touchpoints? Join us as a Performance Marketing Manager and be involved in driving acquisition and growing audiences in the LEGO Group’s digital ecosystem!

Core Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Campaigns Own allocated paid media campaigns optimised to .com visits, retention, membership and increased engagement
  • Campaign analysis and reporting Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reports, recommending and delivering key return on investment optimisations
  • Agency Management Ensure media agencies are delivering to the highest standards for TLG on allocated campaigns and operate as the agency’s day-to-day contact person for campaign operations
  • CRM Own the process for delivering engagement led CRM placements and assets to the CRM team, driving retention and repeat engagement
  • Regional implementation Oversee campaigns briefed by the regional team, support team liaising with Media Agencies to solve issues
  • Campaign Execution and Operations Own the operational tasks required for efficient delivery of Media Campaigns (Assets, Tracking, Finance)
  • SEO Development Work closely with SEO team to implement efficient SEO strategies to increase visibility of engagement content and propositions on .com
  • App Acquisition Support Paid App Acquisition initiatives driving growth and return on investment

The Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) team builds direct, lasting relationships with our audiences across the LEGO Group’s owned digital channels it operates. The DCE Global Marketing team is responsible for growing these channels and the audiences on them, driving engagement, business and commercial outcomes. This role focuses on key engagement platforms delivering experiences for adult, pre-school, parent, and shopper audiences, including LEGO Ideas, LEGO Insiders, and LEGO.com. Leveraging broad performance marketing expertise in paid and organic search, paid social, and CRM, this role connects with global marketing leads to effectively drive new user acquisition, retention, re‑engagement, and membership growth. It is critical for ensuring the healthy growth of an engaged audience through digital touchpoints like web and apps, driving engagement, membership and commercial goals.

Do You Have What It Takes
  • Hands‑on Performance Marketing expertise – demonstrating best in class audience growth and driving Return On Investment against strategic goals
  • Track record of owning paid performance marketing campaigns end to end, ideally globally
  • Deep knowledge of Paid Performance Marketing channels (paid social, paid search, programmatic, affiliates)
  • Strong numerical skills and commercial competence with proven ownership of optimising budgets and budgeting
  • Strong understanding of best‑in‑class creative, ad formats, innovation and how to navigate the broad digital landscape of a brand
  • Stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate areas of expertise to generalists
  • Data curiosity with an analytical approach, influencing partners through insights and learnings
  • Developed understanding of Digital Ecosystems and how audiences interact with them
  • Test & Learn approach always looking to drive efficiencies & best practice
