In just 3 years, we’ve grown from 0 to 150,000+ customers, and influencer marketing is one of our most important growth channels going forward. Now, we’re looking for a full‑time Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of this channel and scale it to the next level.

Tasks
  • ✅ Develop and execute a clear influencer marketing strategy aligned with Skinnify’s growth goals
  • ✅ Source, recruit, and manage creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • ✅ Build and scale programs using impact.com, LTK, ShopMy, etc.
  • ✅ Identify high‑performing creators and turn them into long‑term brand partners
  • ✅ Manage influencer contracts, payouts, tracking links, and performance reporting
  • ✅ Collaborate closely with paid media, content, and creative teams
  • ✅ Analyze performance (ROI, CPA, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns
  • ✅ Stay on top of influencer, UGC, and social commerce trends
  • ✅ Ensure brand alignment, authenticity, and compliance across all partnerships
Requirements
  • ✔️ Proven experience in influencer marketing for DTC e‑commerce brands
  • ✔️ Hands‑on experience with impact.com, LTK, and/or ShopMy
  • ✔️ Strong strategic thinking – you know how to scale influencer programs profitably
  • ✔️ Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • ✔️ Data‑driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance metrics
  • ✔️ Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns
