Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial delivery of a significant FM service contract within Equans Sustainable Facilities Management Division and support other contracts as required.
• Provide contract commercial management and profit improvement, risk and opportunity management with a focus on compliance.
• Manage numerous stakeholder relationships, including external relationships with clients, suppliers and leadership functions.
• Hold collective responsibility with the commercial team to improve operations and deliver against financial plans.
• Identify and drive risk and opportunity management to improve financial performance through continuous improvement.
• Lead governance within the contracts to ensure compliance to contractual requirements and Equans’ internal governance processes.
• Ensure awareness of contractual responsibilities among all Equans colleagues regarding service delivery.
• Enforce commercial compliance, rebut unfounded contractual claims and manage contractual claims/disputes.
• Provide day‑to‑day commercial support to the account management teams.
• Build strong relationships with client representatives and support mitigation of risks at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Background in finance, contract management or facilities management.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyse complex data.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.
• Knowledge of risk analysis/management.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• DBS Basic check required.
