We are looking for exceptional Sous Chefs at Sticks’n’Sushi!

£43-£46k per annum inclusive of tronc (every penny of the service charge is shared between the team in the restaurant)

Full-time role, 48 hours a week

We love Sous Chefs who can thrive in a kitchen full of pride, pace and energy. The right attitude is a must, experience is not always the most important thing. The ideal Sous Chef candidate will:

• Be fluent in English
• Have already been working as a Sous Chef or as a Senior Sous Chef in a busy environment
• Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
• Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
• Have a ‘Ja Tak’ attitude (Ja Tak is a Danish phrase meaning "Yes, Thank you")
