The role:

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of our Main Pastry Kitchen, contributing to the creation of exquisite desserts and pastries for theRotunda Restaurant,In-Room Dining,Banqueting, andin-house amenities. You’ll work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the pastry section.

What you will do:

• Prepare and present high-quality pastry items in line with Four Seasons standards.

• Support the leadership team in supervising junior pastry staff and maintaining a positive kitchen environment.

• Ensure consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in all pastry production.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, COSHH).

• Contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal offerings.

What you bring:

• Minimum1 year of experienceas a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end or luxury kitchen.

• Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of pastry techniques and ingredients.

• Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH Level 2 or equivalent).

• A team player with excellent communication and time management skills.

• A genuinepassion for pastryand a desire to grow within the culinary world.
