Job summary

A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Chef Supervisor to manage kitchen operations at the Royal Oldham Hospital. Qualifications

  • Working Knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Procedures.
  • Understanding of cleaning and monitoring systems.
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor/Head Chef in a similar large-scale organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Organisation and running of all aspects of the Kitchen.
  • Ensure quality and appearance of all food served to patients and staff.
  • Ensure allergen information is regularly checked and updated.

City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or relevant experience
Level 4 Advanced Food Safety
