Location: Rushcliffe, Nottingham

Salary: Scale LS16 £24,432 - £24,528 pro rata

Job Type: 22.5 hours - 18 Month contract

Finance Assistant - The Role

A Temporary part time opportunity has arisen within Financial Services working within our small but busy team providing daily support to our Systems & Performance Officer, Suppliers and Customers. The role is varied, covering sundry debtors, creditors, financial reporting, financial reconciliations, insurance administration, & payroll.

Finance Assistant - Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Aid in achieving financial targets and objectives efficiently
• Transaction Handling: Manage cash receipts and sales invoices with precision
• Customer Interaction: Handle enquiries and process payments with a high standard of customer service
• Financial Record Maintenance: Ensure accuracy in the finance system, updating and reconciling supplier and customer details effectively
  
  

Finance Assistant - You

We require a strong team player and excellent communicator with proven analytical skills. It will be essential that you possess a good level of spreadsheet skills with the experience and ability to communicate financial data to both internal and external customers or colleagues

This is a superb opportunity to expand or develop new knowledge and skills due to wide ranging nature of the role.
