An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Client Accountant based in Liverpool Street, London. The salary package on offer is Up to £40,000 depending on experience.

The role
  • Handle tenant, landlord, office, and PM queries.
  • Activate tenancies – raise charges, check T&Cs and tenancy agreements.
  • Send initial invoices/statements to non-rent-collect landlords.
  • Update rent and fee schedules on renewals.
  • Manage deposit returns, de-registrations, and refunds (tenant/landlord).
  • Maintain verified bank details for LLs and TTs.
  • Produce portfolio, income, and expenditure reports.
What we are looking for
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within a finance environment.
  • QPM experience essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of equal opportunities and diversity.
  • Proven experience with administrative systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the lettings and/or sales market.
