As Design Coordinator, you’ll be a vital link between multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective design delivery from concept to completion.

• Support the management of design documentation, drawings, and approvals
• Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Assist in technical submissions, value engineering, and change management processes
• Coordinate schedules to help meet key project milestones
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to early identification and resolution of design risks

Essential:

• Experience in construction or engineering design
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to manage document flow and maintain accurate records
• Familiarity with regulatory, technical, and compliance standards
• Passion for teamwork and delivering exceptional service

• Knowledge of digital design platforms (e.g., BIM)
• Experience in highly regulated sectors (data, defence, energy)
• Relevant technical qualification or working towards one
