Summary

FPSG are working with their public sector client as they embrace a significant organisational development programme. Key to this is the inclusion of a specialist recruitment campaign to focus on "returners to work". Therefore they seek a HR Recruitment Specialist to help in the research, design and development of a "returners to work" talent attraction initiative.

As a HR Recruitment specialist your responsibilities will include :

  • Work with internal stakeholders, senior managers and peers to define and develop a fit for purpose returner to work initiative
  • Build an effective returner to work programme and utilise available resources to ensure ROI
  • Develop methods and processes to enable a saleable solution
  • Develop and implement data recording mechanisms and process to allow for analysis and reporting
  • Identify key business areas and locations to be prioritised as part of the programme
  • Working with the wider People team, to ensure appropriate support is provided to employees joining the organisation through the programme
  • Assist in the design and of supporting communication & materials for those involved in the programme
  • Review and update where necessary all relevant policies related to Recruitment and Selection
  • Lead programme delivery, acting as single point of call for all stakeholders

To be a successful HR Recruitment specialist your experience will include :

  • Demonstrable career experience of designing and delivering similar "returners to work" programmes
  • Detailed knowledge of talent attraction practices including emerging trends
  • Track record in change management and stakeholder engagement in talent management practices
  • Strong organisation and leadership skills, working with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Development and implementation of effective plans, strategies, procedures and policies
  • Suitable HR or Talent Attraction Certification (CIPD qualified or relevant industry experience)
  • Strong HR partnering skills, (influencing, negotiation, assertiveness, self-awareness)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced presentation skills (present information in a creative and interactive manner)
  • A proven ability to show ROI from Talent attraction projects
