Job description

We are recruiting for a Salesforce Developer, on an initial 6-month contract, to assist with some key improvements to the system. You will also look to ensure an excellent user experience through training and troubleshooting.

To be successful in this role, you'll have a diverse skill set and be equally confident in both technical and business facing responsibilities, understanding business requirements from stakeholders and driving process improvement.

Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years' Salesforce experience, including experience in implementation
  • Deliver configuration changes, eg. Approval processes (Mandates), application process flows
  • Custom Object building experience and how best to integrate into current org.
  • Manage testing, training, rollout, migration, and change management activities
  • Manage sandbox environments
  • Experience of providing training to end users
  • Commercial experience of working with Sales and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Developer certification
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management
  • Partner with the Senior Management Team to create a platform roadmap and define priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance
  • Design and create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics

This is a contract position, initially for 6 months but may be extended, subject to business needs.

2 days a week onsite the rest remote
