About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join the executive team in Stockholm. The CTO will be responsible for defining the company's technology strategy, leading the rollout of D365 F&O, and ensuring that technology initiatives align with the company's strategic goals.

As CTO, you will oversee all aspects of IT, digital platforms, and infrastructure, while also ensuring robust support for manufacturing processes, supply chain, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business growth and digital transformation goals.
• Lead the successful roll out and adoption of D365 F&O across the Nordics, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and operational requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technology teams spanning software engineering, IT infrastructure, and ERP.

Operational & ERP Excellence

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality ERP and technology solutions that support core manufacturing processes.
• Drive innovation in production systems, supply chain, and enterprise applications.
• Oversee integration of F&O with existing systems and ensure scalability and reliability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology investments with business priorities.
• Act as the key link between technical teams, manufacturing operations and leadership.
• Support change management and user adoption strategies during the ERP rollout.

Team Management & Growth

• Build, scale, and mentor high-performing IT and digital teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability and collaboration.
• Develop internal expertise to support long-term ERP sustainability and technical excellence.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a CTO, Head of Technology or senior IT leadership role, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with hands‑on leadership experience in Dynamics 365 F&O rollouts (preferred).
• Solid background in software engineering, cloud architecture (Azure/AWS), and infrastructure.
• Track record of leading complex digital transformations in international environments.
• Strong commercial and operational understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse technical teams.
• Fluent in English; Swedish or other Nordic languages are a strong advantage.
