We specialise in the provision and delivery of specialist training, rope access, standby rescue teams, rescue support teams, industrial cleaning and face fit testing.

About the roleThis is an emerging leadership role. The team that grew SA Safety into the leading industrial safety business it is today wants to bring new talent on board. We want to safeguard the future of the company by embracing fresh thinking, bold ideas and future growth while retaining the values that make us unique. The successful candidates will join us at our offices in South Devon and work with us to learn our business from the inside out. You will develop a deep understanding of all practical and managerial elements and learn what makes SA Safety tick as you grow into a future leadership role.
RequirementsA background in industrial safety is not essential for this role. You may be a project manager, a training development manager, or a business administrator. What is important is that you have vision, integrity, empathy, and skills that set you apart as an inspirational leader. You will be an innovator, one who can drive change and development, communicate ideas effectively, and always inspire trust.
Your skills:As a business, we value lived experience. As this is a future leader role, a background in industrial safety is not essential. We expect you to grow and develop into this role, incorporating the discipline and skills you have gained in other areas of your life.
