We are now recruiting for a Clinical Support Lead (CSL) to support within our WCA (Work Capability Assessments) team based in Belfast. This is a Hybrid role as part of the HAAS Contract at Capita. The Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) arranges and carries out assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Communities (DfC).
The Clinical Support Lead (CSL) will continue to deliver core business requirements as a Disability Analyst while taking on additional responsibilities to support clinical governance, quality assurance, and performance management. This role is pivotal in driving quality, supporting onboarding and training, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. The CSL acts as a role model, promoting excellence and consistency across clinical teams.

You will be required to undergo and successfully gain a BPSS security clearance check in order to undertake this position.
The Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) arranges and carries out assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Communities (DfC). The purpose of the assessment is to understand how an illness or disability affects a person’s daily life. After the assessment, the DWP/DfC makes the decision as to whether the individual will receive any benefits. The Health Assessment Advisory Service is delivered on behalf of the DWP & DfC by Capita.
