Qualifikationen
- Sound knowledge of stock control procedures.
- Ability to supervise and train staff.
- Willingness to undertake DBS checks if required.
Aufgaben
- Receive and store goods following HACCP policies.
- Serve food to staff and check temperature levels.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of catering equipment.
- Manage Coffee Shop/Barista assistants to ensure service quality.
