Key Account Manager – Haematology | Product Launch Opportunity

Location: North Wales & North England

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful launch of a new Haematology product across North Wales and North England.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in secondary care, including haematologists, specialist nurses, and hospital pharmacists.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs).
• Deliver compelling clinical and commercial value propositions to drive product uptake.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Monitor and report on market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in secondary care pharmaceutical sales, ideally withinHaematologyor related therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products and managing complex accounts.
• Strong understanding of the NHS landscape in North Wales and North England.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field preferred.
