Job summary

- Installing and servicing packaging machinery at customer sites
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and software faults with machinery
- Providing technical support and training to operational staff
- Performing preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Collaborating with the servicing and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or a similar role within packaging, printing or industrial machinery
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
- Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently, travel extensively and manage customer relationships professionally
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
