You will be responsible for:

• Installing and servicing packaging machinery at customer sites
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and software faults with machinery

• Collaborating with the servicing and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or a similar role within packaging, printing or industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
• Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently, travel extensively and manage customer relationships professionally
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
