We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a high-profile government project. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven business analysis skills, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct impact analysis and manage requirements traceability.
- Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
- Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst in large-scale government or public sector projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical architectures.
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with HMRC or similar government departments.
- Knowledge of GDS standards and compliance frameworks.
Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35)
