IAM BAU Process Analyst - SC Cleared

Take on a vital role supporting the operational Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes within a prominent organisation. As an IAM BAU Process Analyst, you will work closely with the Head of Identity to ensure the smooth delivery of IAM services in accordance with established KPIs.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in operational process analysis and business support within similar environments
• Strong knowledge of IAM platforms, concepts, processes, and standards
• Proven experience supporting Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and access management business processes
• Ability to contribute valuable input and influence IAM service delivery
• Skilled in identifying and resolving non-technical IAM issues

Nice to Have Skills
