• Act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders.

• Conduct impact analysis and manage requirements traceability.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
• Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst in large-scale government or public sector projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical architectures.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
