Are you passionate about creating high quality business requirements and managing these through the change delivery lifecycle? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Barbon change Change Team to help us continually improve our products, client service, business processes and technology across our Barbon Group brands.
In this exciting role, you’ll be joining a team of experienced and enthusiastic business change professionals. You will be expected to understand our business strategies, products and services, analyse business needs translating these into work packages and definitions suitable for delivery by our technology team. You will participate and support testing, business readiness and implementation activities and provide post implementation feedback into our continuous improvement process.
Our change portfolio contains projects of varying complexity and provides real scope for career development, working on high-visibility projects that support growth, transformation, and deliver customer excellence. If you are experienced in change methodologies, a logical thinker, have good communication and documenting skills combined with an attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
