We're seeking a future team member for the role of Business Analyst to join our Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in London - Hybrid (4 days in office).

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with governance, engineers, compliance, and architecture teams to embed policy, data lineage, and access entitlements directly into data workflows.
  • Aligning closely with product owners, practice leads, and stakeholders across the Chief Data Office (CDO) to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
  • Defining the vision for a fit-for-purpose Entity Data Product and continuously evolving it to meet emerging industry use cases.
  • Translating client feedback-both internal and external-into actionable product requirements and clearly defined acceptance criteria.
  • Partnering with Engineering and Core Product teams to deliver iterative enhancements, manage technical dependencies, and ensure scalability and performance.
  • Establishing and monitoring key data product health metrics such as completeness, freshness, linkage quality, and overall fitness for consumption.
  • Demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Data domains
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with project governance tools and delivery artifacts (e.g., JIRA, Epics, User Stories, Backlogs).
  • Experience in data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management practices.
  • Understanding of third-party entity data providers and strategies for effective integration.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks) and familiarity with cloud architecture principles.
  • Exposure to financial services data models such as FSLDM, BIAN, or Data Vault is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL, data modelling, ETL development, and data warehousing
  • Proficient using at least one data visualization product (Tableau, Qlik, Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with modern data infrastructure, including APIs, data pipelines, and LLM-based enrichment solutions.
  • Awareness of data governance frameworks or certifications (e.g., DAMA CDMP, DCAM) is advantageous.
