Overview

Axon Moore are excited to be supporting a well-established business in Kendal to recruit a new Business Analyst. This role is paying a competitive salary of up to £40,000 with a flexible hybrid working arrangement on offer.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, providing strategic recommendations to senior management and actively participating in the change framework.
• Support internal teams to realise opportunities to increase business efficiency and agility and deliver early incremental value.
• Apply a range of analysis techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders to ascertain required business outcomes, adapting approaches to ensure desirable outcomes are achieved.
• Work with third party providers to ensure they understand the business requirements and have access to the relevant stakeholders to both inform and test our delivery.
