A leading real estate services firm in London is seeking a Workflow and Process Analyst to assist in transitioning to a digital future. This role involves documenting processes, analyzing bottlenecks, and supporting strategic goals through automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
This is a key position, working within the Workplace Change team in Corporate Property Service, to assist in transition to a digital and data driven future. The role is most suited to somebody who enjoys logic and discovery, with a significant element of administration and clear reporting and communication. You will be expected to enquire and probe to ensure you understand the depth of the current process, the future opportunities using technology, designed automated workflows and an aptitude to report these using clients preferred applications.
The Workflow and Process Analyst will work alongside other CBRE colleagues and report to the Associate Director for CPS Workplace Change. The primary focus will be on engagement with all members of the CPS community in your discovery. You will then work with subject matter experts, other members of the change team and our technology colleagues to discover our possibilities. Finally, you will summarise the preferred outcomes in the form of a draft scope of work - sufficient for the subject matter experts and our technology colleagues to rank and priorities our future delivery.
The post will be mostly operational but will support a strategic change of direction in how CPS executes its responsibilities. You will need to think to the future, challenge everything we have done in the past and work towards ambitious objectives. The post requires you to follow a roadmap of strategic milestones.
Excellent inter-personnel and communication skills are essential and as a member of the Corporate Services team, you will play a key role in building collaborative partnerships with every business group in the organisation.
