We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who wants to build their own desk and work remotely from anywhere. We value independence, results, and relationships over micromanagement and unnecessary meetings.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment
• A proven track record of billing
• Clients who come to you first
• Confidence to manage your own desk independently
