A leading utilities company based in the East Midlands is seeking a Technical Bid Manager to lead bids, tenders, and framework submissions in the gas and water sectors. You will ensure technical compliance while maintaining competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have project management experience and a successful tender submission track record. This role provides a supportive environment with opportunities for technical progression and increased responsibility.

- Experience within the water and/or gas industry.
- Hands-on experience in the gas/water sector is preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end bids, tenders and framework submissions within the gas and water sectors.
- Oversee governance and delivery of key client programmes.
- Prepare and conduct pre-qualification questions, tenders and frameworks.
