A major insurance company based in Birmingham is seeking a strategic role in relationship management to oversee key broker schemes, enhance the claims proposition, and improve customer experience. You will act as a primary liaison, ensuring alignment across business areas and engaging with internal teams and clients. The role offers a salary of approximately £55,000 annually, with opportunities for hybrid working and various employee benefits.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for implementation, managing and developing relationships with key Allianz Personal brokers schemes, arrangements, and partnerships, focusing on our Claims Proposition and enhancing the customer journey. You will have alignment to the Allianz Personal distribution and trading areas as well as a designated set of brokers, and partnerships, though flexibility is required for specialist or customer-driven work outside these areas.
You will act as the primary liaison for all classes of business, representing the Claims Division both internally and externally at a senior level. A core part of your role will involve implementation, onboarding, stakeholder engagement, promoting service initiatives, managing expectations, and driving continuous improvements in broker and customer experience.
Our team works collaboratively across business areas, with Claims Proposition Managers playing a critical role in pre-quote engagement, acquisition, and implementation stages. You'll also contribute to the development of central materials and the evolution of our claims offering to meet changing customer needs.
This is a hybrid role that can be based out any of the Allianz UK offices. The expectation is for you to be in an office at least once a week and be able to travel to customer and Allianz sites as needed.
Pay: Circa £55,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
