A leading private aviation company is seeking a Junior Commercial Counsel to draft and negotiate legal agreements across its brands. The role involves supporting the commercial business with legal advice and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a background in law, particularly related to commercial contracts. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team within a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role and/or with relevant law firm training.
  • Demonstrable contract drafting and negotiating experience.
  • Self-starter; able to work autonomously from time-to-time.
