- Support the delivery of AV/VC projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics across multiple installations
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports
- Assist with procurement and equipment tracking
- Monitor project budgets and flag variances to the Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Previous experience in project coordination or administration (AV/IT/Construction sectors preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, (url removed), or similar)
- Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Knowledge of AV or VC technologies (desirable but not essential)
