The successful candidate will have over 3 years in BIM-CAD design, be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and coordination skills. Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in BIM-CAD design for ICT, security, and AV systems.
• Strong structured cabling design knowledge with copper and fibre.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent BIM/CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM models and CAD drawings for structured cabling, security, and AV systems.
• Develop layouts, schematics, containment routes, and equipment locations.
• Coordinate designs with architectural, MEP, and ICT disciplines.
• Maintain drawing standards and support clash detection.
• Update designs through all project stages, including as-built documentation.
