You will generate leads, maintain sales databases, and provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and organisational skills, flexibility, and knowledge of event planning. This role offers training opportunities, hotel discounts, employee assistance programs, and staff meals on duty.
As Hotel Sales Executive, your role will be to carry out projects and generate leads resulting in revenue growth within the business and support the delivery of the commercial strategy. Identifying any new leads and contacts, working with the front of house teams in driving engagement. You will conduct sales lead calls to potential new accounts and clients and ensuring all sales databases are kept accurate and up to date. Performing general office duties and administrative tasks where needed which include weekly and monthly reports.
