Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in construction activities

1. Strong understanding of materials and cost management
2. Expertise in contractual knowledge and project management
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in software tools for reporting and monitoring
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
6. Driving profitability and monitoring PTCs (CVRs), applications, and budgets

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Must be within 2 hours commuting distance to the office and sites (sites are located across the UK)
