- Drive sales across corporate, private, and social event markets.
- Respond to enquiries, create compelling proposals, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings, showcasing the venue’s heritage and capabilities.
- Plan and coordinate events with attention to detail, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
- Manage relationships with clients from initial contact through to post-event follow‑up.
- Work closely with operations, catering, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
- Represent the venue at networking events, showcases, and industry forums.
- Experience in event sales, venue sales, hospitality sales, or event planning.
- A commercially minded approach with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events at different stages.
