Job summary
A leading veterinary clinic in Cardiff is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to create a welcoming environment for clients and their pets. You will manage bookings, answer queries, and support the clinical team. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and most importantly, have a love for animals. - Organised and calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role is a bonus, but not essential

You will work approximately 25 hours per week. Due to the nature of the business, you will cover varied shift patterns between 8 am – 7 pm Monday to Friday. Our practice is not open at Weekends or bank holidays, and there are no out-of-hours!
