An exciting opportunity to join our Operations team. The primary responsibility of the eMarketing Coordinator (Creative Services Operations) will be to support the Operations and Sales team with tasks that include Custom enewsletters, Custom 3rd party eblasts, digital event eMarketing, lead generation programs, and uploading custom articles to the website.

The successful candidate will report to the CSD Team Lead to ensure the seamless execution of programs and the efficient operation of lead generation initiatives. Additionally, will liaise with external clients, and cross‑functional departments such as Editorial, Marketing, Sales, and Design.

Responsibilities
  • In charge of end‑to‑end custom 3rd party eblasts, including requests, set up, proofing, launching, and reporting.
  • Manage Custom enewsletters, including building, proofing, launching, and reporting.
  • Responsible for digital event Marketing, including but not limited to: page & form building, HTML and list creation, proofing, deployment and analysis. Coordinating paid ads, and reporting on a weekly cadence. Update internal reporting document.
  • Responsible for specialized lists in HubSpot and List Builder to support eMarketing for digital events, 3rd party eblasts, pay‑per‑lead campaigns, and list quotes as requested.
  • Coordinate with paid social media teams to set up and execute campaigns as needed.
  • Support lead generation team with page building, forms, eBlasts, and internal and external reporting.
  • Responsible for client‑sponsored social media posts and reports.
  • Responsible for publishing sponsored articles on the website, including SEO updates.
  • Responsible for internal and external client reporting for managed programs. Including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly breakdowns.
  • Continually assess, update, and make necessary changes to all operational SOPs in relation to the position.
  • Responsible for project management and updates to teams on managed programs.
  • Support with additional tasks as needed.
  • Support with sales team requests as it pertains to programs above, as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working with email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
  • Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross‑functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands.
  • Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the digital publishing, lead generation campaigns, or science sectors is highly desirable.
  • Post‑secondary education in marketing, project management, business, or a related field.
