Job summary

We are seeking a Planning Technician to join our Planning team at Walsall Council. The successful candidate will provide technical support and ensure an efficient service for planning applications and local land charges searches.
- Assist in the validation and registration of planning applications, offering a customer‑centric approach to users of our Development Management services.
- Provide technical expertise within the Planning Service and facilitate smooth Planning Committee meetings.
