A leading oil and gas company is seeking an Instrument Technician to manage maintenance and operational testing of crucial equipment at their Wytch Farm facility. The role involves working in a multi-skilled team on a rotational shift pattern, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations. The ideal candidate will have an accredited engineering qualification and prior experience in the oil and gas sector, with knowledge of ATEX equipment considered a plus. Qualifications

  • Hold an accredited apprenticeship or HNC equivalent in an engineering discipline.
  • Previous experience in the Oil & Gas Industry is desirable.
  • Experience working with ATEX equipment is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Complete scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities on Safety Systems.
  • Develop and review operational and maintenance procedures.
  • Attend and participate in Operations shift meetings.
