Planning Technician - Ref:EE09725

Grade: G6; Salary Range: £31,537 - £34,434

We are seeking a Planning Technician to join our Planning team at Walsall Council. The successful candidate will provide technical support and ensure an efficient service for planning applications and local land charges searches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the validation and registration of planning applications, offering a customer‑centric approach to users of our Development Management services.
  • Provide technical expertise within the Planning Service and facilitate smooth Planning Committee meetings.
