A community support organization in Swindon is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Employment Coach to assist customers with health challenges in securing and sustaining employment. The role involves 1:1 coaching to build confidence and address barriers to employment. Candidates should have experience in health promotion and knowledge of the local labor market. This full-time position supports a flexible working environment, promoting wellbeing and community engagement.
Join our fantastic Wellbeing team as a Health and Wellbeing Employment Coach. The aim of this role is to develop a holistic health and employment approach with customers with Health and Wellbeing needs or Neurodiversity, to identify challenges around finding, starting and sustaining suitable employment. Through 1:1 coaching, you’ll support customers to build self-awareness, confidence, communication skills and create a solid foundation for emotional wellbeing and ultimately work with them to secure and sustain employment. You’ll manage your own caseload of customers, so you’ll need to organise your time and record data from sessions onto the content management system.
Location: Swindon
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm
