Overview

As a Gifting Trainer/Coach, you'll be the go-to person for building knowledge, skills, and confidence within our gifting operations team. You'll:

• Welcome and train all new starters, helping them settle in with engaging onboarding sessions.
• Deliver training on new and updated SOPs, followed up with practical on-the-job coaching.
• Lead by example - coaching operatives, giving constructive feedback, and inspiring high standards.
• Embed best practices into daily routines, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and brand standards never slip.
• Support our busiest times of year by reinforcing quality under pressure.
• Provide valuable insights by spotting gaps between process and practice, helping us continuously improve.

We\'re looking for someone who is more than just a trainer - someone who brings energy, positivity, and a passion for people development. Ideally, you\'ll have:

Responsibilities

• Experience in coaching, training, or mentoring within an operational or manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
• The ability to engage individuals at all levels with clear communication and motivational coaching
• Solid organisational skills, with experience keeping accurate training and coaching records
• A full UK driving licence - essential, as you may need to travel between our sites

Bonus points if you also have

• Experience delivering onboarding programmes that blend classroom and coaching support
• Familiarity with tracking learning progress through LMS systems
• Previous involvement in compliance training, or continuous improvement
