Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) | Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic | Winchester, Nevada
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $110,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Patient Volume: 1-2 Patients per hour

Position Overview:

We believe that physical therapy is more than reps and protocols. It’s about relationships, goals, stories, and restoring the parts of life that pain has taken away. And we’re looking for a Physical Therapist who feels the same way.

We'd love to talk if you’re a skilled clinician, a great communicator, and someone who loves what they do.

1. Evaluating new patients and developing clear, actionable treatment plans
2. Treating 5–7 patients per day, one-on-one (no double-booking)
3. Using manual therapy, targeted exercise, and movement re-education
4. Helping people walk without pain, return to sport, or lift their grandkids again
5. Collaborating with a team of passionate, down-to-earth clinicians

1. DPT or MPT from an accredited PT program
2. Active Physical Therapist license in Nevada (or eligible within 90 days)
3. Solid foundation in orthopedic rehab and evidence-based practice
4. Comfort with manual therapy (or interest in learning)
5. A mindset focused on growth, compassion, and outcomes
6. Bonus: Certifications like OCS, SFMA, Dry Needling, etc.
