A leading rehabilitation provider in the UK is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional therapy services and foster relationships with clients. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for patient evaluations and treatment plan implementations, and will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants. The Physical Therapist (PT) delivers high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients, in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and physical therapy best practices. Responsibilities include patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs, and case management. The therapist upholds professional conduct and complies with all state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
