JOB TITLE: Part-time Receptionist



LOCATION: Dover, Kent



SALARY: £12.21ph to £13ph



TERM: Ongoing Temporary



HOURS: 8.30am to 5pm



DAYS: 2 days a week, Wednesday and Friday



START: Immediately



Office Angels are proud to be working with this local business in their search for a Receptionist. This is a temporary position starting immediately. The offices are based close to Dover train and bus stations, however there is also free parking on offer and the beach across the road to make the most of your lunch break.



The day to day duties in this role would be:



  • Based on a busy reception desk

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Answering calls, taking messages and transferring to other departments

  • Administration support for the team

  • Post duties, filing and photocopying



We'd love to speak to candidates who have:



  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using office software and handling multi-line phone systems.
