Temporary (Potential for Permanent Opportunity)

8:30am to 4:30pm

Start date - 12/01/2026

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary full-time basis, providing essential support during a busy period.

Although this role is initially temporary, there may be an opportunity for it to become permanent for the right candidate.

Duties include:
  • Handling general administrative tasks to support the office team
  • Inputting and updating data accurately using Excel and internal systems
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Assisting with order processing and tracking
  • Supporting transport coordination and logistics where required
  • Maintaining organised records and filing systems
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What we're looking for:
  • Basic IT skills - including Excel, data entry, and Microsoft Office
  • A confident and friendly approach to customer service
  • Experience with order processing (preferred but not essential)
  • Some knowledge of transport/logistics (preferred but not essential)
