Dr Challoner's has 1387 students, of which 470 are in the Sixth Form. This role will be varied, including recruitment administration, other HR administrative support and occasional deputising for aspects of the Head's PA role.

The postholder will also support the Data Protection Officer with information collation in response to data access requests.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.

You should have previous administrative experience, and experience of working in HR, or in a school, would be an advantage.
