A local educational institution in Amersham seeks a part-time HR Administrator. The role includes recruitment administration, supporting HR tasks, and assisting the Data Protection Officer. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, and previous administrative experience, preferably in HR or education. This position requires safeguarding checks and a commitment to child safety.
Location: Amersham
This role is offered at 20 - 25 hours per week, ideally worked across 4 - 5 days. Working hours will be term time plus one additional week.

This role will be varied, including recruitment administration, other HR administrative support and occasional deputising for aspects of the Head's PA role.
The postholder will also support the Data Protection Officer with information collation in response to data access requests.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
You should have previous administrative experience, and experience of working in HR, or in a school, would be an advantage.
