Role Description

  • Manage the delivery process of allocated campaigns.
  • Work closely with Planners and Buyers to ensure efficiency, providing relevant information and resolving issues.
  • Liaise with the Finance department to verify campaign spends and provide final monthly amounts.
  • Run reports on Postman (rapport booking system) as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign management:

  • Data input of all campaigns for allocated agencies (Initiative Media, U.M, etc.)
  • Chasing paperwork and data from Planning, Buying, and external suppliers.
  • Reconciling budget with spend.
  • Providing auditing data to buyers and planners when needed.
  • Chasing artwork progress and issuing design instructions to media owners.
  • Organising the despatch of posters from the central warehouse.
Desired Skills & Experience

You should have excellent attention to detail and be capable of managing your workload. Confidence in communication at all levels is essential, as you will regularly interact face-to-face with colleagues and via phone/email with suppliers.

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary. Training on our in-house database system will be provided.
